Why do I get an ERROR when I try to order?
Sometimes servers can get overloaded, but sometimes could be a problem on
our end or even with PayPal.
We've experienced two types of errors in the past, one with PayPal and one
with our servers.
PayPal, message 3005, if you get an error message in several languages it's from PayPal. If you experience this type of error clearing your browser cache should make it work.
To clear your cache choose Internet options and delete temporary files then try to place your order again.
"Too many connections error" if you receive this type of error it's on my server and I would like to know about it.
Will MasterkeyPro run on Windows 7 and Vista?
Yes MasterkeyPro 2006 will run on Windows 7, Vista and XP as well as
earlier versions including 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and many more.
Will Create-a-Card Run on Windows 7?
Yes
Create-A-Card New version 4.0 will run on Windows 7, Vista and XP as well
as some earlier versions.
How many computers can I use it on?
We allow you to run our software on up to three (3) computers as long as it
for the same shop, location. For example; you could have it on your shop,
home and van etc.
Can I Download it after I purchase it?
Yes MasterkeyPro and Create-A-Card are both downloadable. After your
purchase I'll supply you with a Download link.
This is done manually so please be patient.
Do you have a Demo program I can try?
No, we do not offer a demo program for a few reasons. But I do have a Demo
Presentation that's full of actual screen recordings of the software in
action. This is a more informative way to explore the features than by just
giving you a demo and say go for it.
How many systems I can create?
As many as you want, there's no limit to the number of
systems you can create and save with MasterkeyPro.
And you can make and print as many Code Cards as you like.
Will MasterkeyPro work on our Network?
Yes you can use MasterkeyPro on your shop network, just create the working
folder and point to it.
Can I purchase with a PO#
Yes, you can purchase our software with your PO# however, we do not send or
make the software available until we've received the payment.
How long does it take to receive my CD?
Orders are usually sent out the same day unless it's been downloaded. We
send your order by USPS and it usually takes 2-4 business days in the
States. Canada usually takes about 2 weeks. Other parts of the world may
vary.
Can you send my order FedX or Express mail?
Yes, for an additional fee we can send your order FedX or Express but if you
need it in a hurry I recommend downloading it.
Do you offer discounts
We offer discounts sometimes on Create-A-Card. I sell MasterkeyPro at a fair price for
everyone all the time, so you could say it's always on sale.
What is your most current version?
MasterkeyPro 2006 is our most current version. We do your best to keep up with and take advantage of new computer technologies as they become available.
MasterkeyPro 2006 will run on Windows 95 AND UP That means it will run on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
No newer version has been scheduled as of yet.
